We supply substantial, specialist wood-fired ovens and related products. Delivery
arrangements may vary depending on the product ordered, stock availability,
destination, access conditions, and whether the order is supply-only or includes
installation.
Delivery times given by us are estimates unless we expressly confirm otherwise.
Customers must provide a full and accurate delivery address, together with any relevant
site or access information.
If you need to change the delivery address, you should notify us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the change, but we cannot guarantee
that changes can be made once goods have been scheduled, packed, or dispatched.
Additional charges may apply where a delivery address is changed after booking, where
re-routing is required, or where incorrect delivery information has been provided.
Estimated lead times and delivery timings will depend on stock levels, production
schedules, courier availability, destination, and the nature of the goods.
Any delivery date or timeframe we provide is an estimate unless expressly agreed in
writing.
Delays may occur due to third-party couriers, traffic, weather, site access issues, high
demand, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
A responsible person must be present at the delivery address to receive the goods
where a signed-for delivery is required.
Where applicable, the recipient should inspect the goods as far as reasonably possible
at the time of delivery.
Customers must notify us in advance of any delivery difficulties or access restrictions.
This includes, for example:
Narrow roads or restricted vehicle access
Weight or height restrictions
Limited turning space
Uneven ground
Restricted unloading areas
Any other site-specific issue that may affect safe delivery
Delivery vehicles for ovens or palletised goods may be large, and adequate access
must be available.
If delivery cannot be completed because suitable access or unloading conditions are not
available, additional charges may apply for aborted delivery, storage, re-delivery, or
alternative transport arrangements.
Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, pallet or courier deliveries are typically
made to the nearest reasonably accessible point at the delivery address, often on a
kerbside basis.
Drivers are generally responsible for unloading only to the extent provided by the
delivery service. They are not usually responsible for moving goods beyond the agreed
drop-off point, positioning ovens on site, unpacking, assembly, or installation.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that there is suitable hard standing, level
ground, and safe access for unloading where required.
Where we offer or agree a premium delivery service, specialist handling, timed delivery,
or other special arrangements, additional charges may apply.
Any such service is subject to availability, access assessment, and confirmation by us
or the relevant delivery provider.
If you fail to take delivery, or if delivery cannot be completed due to your absence,
incorrect information, restricted access, unsafe conditions, or any other issue outside
our control:
delivery may be treated as attempted or completed for contractual purposes
additional storage, handling, return, or re-delivery charges may apply
risk in the goods may pass to you in accordance with our Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to recover any costs reasonably incurred as a result.
Customers should inspect goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If there is visible damage, missing items, or any issue with the order, you should notify
us as soon as possible and, where possible, within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
Your order details
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the goods and packaging
Delivery notes or supporting information where available
If damage is obvious at the point of delivery, you should make a clear note on the
delivery record where possible.
We will review the information provided and advise on the next steps. No replacement,
refund, or other remedy is guaranteed until the matter has been assessed.
We recommend that customers do not book third-party installers, contractors, lifting
equipment, or related trades until the goods have arrived safely, have been checked,
and the delivery has been confirmed.
We are not responsible for third-party costs, delays, or losses arising from delivery
delays, failed deliveries, or goods arriving later than expected.
Where we agree to deliver outside the UK, additional terms may apply, including
shipping terms, customs requirements, duties, taxes, local import rules, and agreed
delivery responsibilities.
If international shipment terms are agreed, they may be set out in the order confirmation
or other written agreement.
