Our Primo Insulation Kit includes everything you need to insulate your oven for improved heat retention and a more finished built-in look. Designed specifically for the Primo oven, it helps increase heat retention to well over 24 hours, making it ideal for baking, roasting, and slow cooking long after the main fire has died down.
The kit includes Insulation Board for the oven floor, Insulation Blanket for the oven dome, and a Decorative Arch sized to suit the Primo oven. It is the ideal choice if you are planning to build your oven into an outdoor kitchen or want to get the most from your oven’s retained heat.
Both the Primo and Mezzo ovens are made from an insulating aggregate and will naturally retain heat for well over 4 hours without adding more fuel. The Primo Insulation Kit takes that performance even further, while also helping protect the surface beneath the oven and preparing the oven for a more customised final finish.
