The Mezzo 76 Kit is the build‑in‑ready version of the Mezzo 76 Go — ideal if you want up to 24 hours heat retention and a more finished, customised look. Hand‑cast in the UK and built as a true stone bake oven, it’s designed for authentic wood‑fired cooking with the flexibility to create a bespoke outdoor kitchen finish.The Kit includes the materials you need to insulate the oven as part of your build: floor insulation board, an insulation blanket for the dome, and a decorative arch. Once installed, you’re ready to encase and style it in brick or render to suit your space. We can also supply render kits to make the build even simpler.
