You may or may not have heard of The Londoner, a lifestyle blog written by Rosie Thomas which divulges into her ever-so-glamorous life of jet setting around the world and eating in all the coolest spots.
Here at The Stone Bake Oven Company, we sell our GIO series commercial grade ovens to restaurants all across the country with a particular emphasis on The Big Smoke where it seems every other premises you walk past is a quirky eatery. As the name suggests, Rosie is based in London so it didn’t come as a huge shock to discover that she has found herself in a pizza restaurant in which we provided the wood fired oven!

Homeslice is a wood fired pizza restaurant based in the Covent Garden area selling quirky pizza varieties including Mackrel, Mint and Broadbean and even Bone Marrow, Watercress and Spring Onion!
We think The Londoner captured Homeslice’s individuality down to a T in her blog post here and it’s a great read even just to seem some mouth -watering photographs of pizzas cooked in a wood fired oven (and a few photos of our Gio 160 of course!) , this blog post is defiantly worth a read!
