It’s A Pizza Thing, Southampton
It’s A Pizza Thing decided to put one of our Mezzo wood fired ovens into their own unit and what a success it has been! The team recently hit the 120+ pizzas-in-a-day mark at their regular spot in Southampton High Street Thursday-Sunday – a huge mile stone and proof that wood fired pizza is a treat that punters are enjoying all year round! Seasonal specials include turkey and cranberry stuffing as well as ‘Sausage Specials’ featuring foodie favorites chorizo and salami and their regular best sellers: Pepperoni and Garlic Pizza Bread. But it doesn’t stop at pizza, they guys at It’s A Pizza Thing offer early risers wood fired bacon and often bake up culinary delights such as calzones and fresh bread. Scozzese Wood Fired Pizza, Helensburgh
Further north, up in Scotland you can find Scozzese, our very first mobile unit customers! It seems as though the guys have had a huge success this year particularly over the summer attending a huge amount of events and catering for private functions. Scozzese have been getting creative with their pizza offerings with toppings including goats cheese with roasted sweet red peppers, spicy meatballs with jalapeno peppers and even sweet pizzas or ‘Sweetzas’- it’s no wonder they have been doing so well! Finally, local Hampshire-based meat curing company, A Pinch Of Salt saw an opportunity to expand their product offerings by purchasing a Vento Lite Mobile Unit from The Stone Bake Oven Company. Whilst attending local events and festivals, the guys at A Pinch Of Salt not only boast they’re delicious and unique range of cured meats but also offer them as toppings on a wood fired pizza! Red Wine Salami and Hampshire Chorizo regularly feature on their menu bringing a sophisticated and trendy touch to a wood fired pizza!
