New and upcoming, trendy Bosco Pizzeria are on a mission to bring Bristol the best authentic wood fired pizza and Italian dishes around!
Set in the heart of the award-winning city of Bristol, amongst the hustle and bustle and buzz, Bosco is truly onto a real winner with its modern, quirky look and trendy vibes and atmosphere!
Inspired by the Italian wood fired pizzas of Naples, Bosco set about opening their very own pizzeria! After a failed search in the UK for pizza alike to the fresh and tasty one’s they had sampled in Italy, they realised it was simply their duty to bring authentic wood fired Neapolitan pizza to the British public.
From the training kitchen at Stone Bake HQ to the restaurant kitchen in Bristol, Bosco have perfected their dough and tomato recipe – they certainly have their pizza making skills down! Their unbelievably delicious choice of cured meats (produce exclusively imported to them) and regional Italian cheeses is simply fantastic and will have the hungry locals and visitor’s mouths watering!
Not only are they bringing you their very own wood fired pizza recipes but amongst these tasty goods lie a collection of their favourite dishes from their travels around Italy. The menu offers a mix of original wood fired dishes like Venetian style fisherman’s stew, a special Porchetta – boned and rolled suckling pig and for the veggie’s out there a wood roasted Tuscan style bean stew. These are but a few – you really must take a look at their full menu of tasty treats!
Having two of our Gio120 wood fired ovens in pride of place means they are able to produce large quantities of quality authentic pizza and other wood fired Italian dishes for the masses in minutes! Quick and tasty – what more could you ask for!
