We are delighted to announce that David Spencer’s Mezzo 76 is this month’s oven winner!
David sent us a series of photos to show us the progress of his amazing oven build. Check out all the photos in our gallery! The brick dome enclosure he has created is stunning and we feel it really is the worthy winner of oven of the month! Here’s what David had to say:
“We’ve been very pleased with the oven. We wanted a built-in finish and it did take about three months to complete – with the first pizza being cooked at the very end of August. But despite missing the best of the summer weather we’ve had some very successful pizza parties and the oven is very much a focal/talking point for everyone who sees it.”
“Anyway, we’re very pleased and I wouldn’t be surprised if a few of our friends are ordering from you next year.”
